NEW: 2026 SPRING LACROSSE REGISTRATION
We are partnering with the South Carolina Youth Lacrosse (SCYL) Organization to offer Spring Lacrosse for girls & boys in Kindergarten-8th grade. Participants must provide their own equipment. We will provide a game day jersey. Practices will be held at Carolyn Lewis fields in Carnes Crossroads starting in February. Games will be played on Saturdays and teams will travel throughout the Lowcountry. Season runs February-April.

Registration: January 5-22, 2026. A late fee of $15 will be charged after January 22nd, IF space is still available.
Registrations are taken online OR in-person at the Goose Creek Community Center. Office hours are 9 am to 9 pm; Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm.
Registrations are also accepted at the Goose Creek Activity Center. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-9 pm/3-8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.
Both building are located in the Michael J. Heitzler Recreation Complex, 519A North Goose Creek Blvd, Goose Creek, 29445.

Fees
The cost is $50 residents, $85 non-residents which includes a game jersey; players are responsible for providing their own equipment. A $15 late fee is charged after registration ends, if space is available. There are no refunds on Goose Creek Recreation Athletic programs.
Residents are those who reside in the City of Goose Creek or the Goose Creek Recreation Commission Tax District.
Identification
A birth certificate and proof of residency required when registering. Acceptable forms of proof of residency include:
- Homeowners: drivers license or picture identification and most recent utility bill
- Renters: drivers license or picture identification, most recent utility bill, and original rental agreement
- Current address must be on all proofs of residency

Equipment Needed
Boys-- Cleats, Helmet, Stick, Gloves, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Mouthguard and a protective cup
Girls-- Cleats, Stick, Goggles & Mouthguard (Recommended: Gloves and Shin Guards)
Leagues
Format: 6 v 6 (including goalie)
Team & Coach requests are NOT guaranteed.
The season runs February 2nd-May 2nd. Practices will vary Monday-Thursday and Saturdays at Carolyn Lewis Fields. Games will be played on Saturdays and teams will travel throughout the Lowcountry. Teams typically practice 2x per week for one hour.

All age groups are determined by grade level (K-8) and gender. All skill levels.

- Teams typically practice 2x per week for one (1) hour. Practice times will be at the discretion of the coach. Practices begin the week of February 2nd.
