Water Rates
Establishing New Water Service: There is a $50 origination fee for water service for residents who live inside the city and a $75 origination fee for water service for residents who live outside the city.
Miscellaneous Charges
| Type of Fee | Fee and Description |

| Non-Payment Fee | $30 on all delinquent accounts after the 25th day of the month |
| After Hours Calls | $30 to reinstate water service interrupted due to non-payment or after hours turn on for new customers |
| Late Charges | 15% of amount due, assessed after the 15th of the month |
| Meter Box Repairs | $25 minimum / $150 maximum (residential meters only) |
| Payment Arrangements | $15 fee. Must contact billing office prior to water shut off day |
| Repeat Service Calls | $25 on all return trips for new service (i.e. continuous running water due to open faucets) |
| Return Check Fee | $30 service charge on all returned checks. Water service will be terminated and an additional reconnect fee of $25 will be required before service is reinstated |
| Transfer Fee | $25 applied to next water bill |
| Illegal Meter Tampering Fee | $125 If meter has been illegally turned on, plus $25 reconnect fee |
| Temporary Service | $30 non-refundable origination fee plus applicable water charges |
