Get creative with the community as Goose Creek Recreation provides hay and invites families to build their own scarecrow friends or scarecrow family. Helping Hands will be on site collecting food donations, making it a fun event with a purpose. The celebration will also include live music, fall crafts, a life-sized scarecrow, face painting, and balloon twisters.
