City Council election reminder: The early voting period for the City Council election began on Monday, and continues through Friday, Oct. 31. The location for early voting is the Berkeley County Voter Registration Office at 1003 Highway 52 in Moncks Corner, and the hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. 

Voting on election day (Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 7am to 7pm) will take place at the Goose Creek Activity Center, on the Municipal Center campus (519 North Goose Creek Blvd, Building F).

In this election, residents will fill three City Council seats. Goose Creek does not have voting districts; the seats are at-large, and the top three vote-getters will be elected.
